I had a wonderful 5-night stay from the moment I checked in. My room was a nice size and brand-new, and I had a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in a beautiful building in a particularly good location near local shopping areas.

House keeping was not good. One day my trash cans were left full and two other days coffee cups and used glasses were left in room.

The room was clean and absolutely perfect with 2 full-size beds, a fan, and the bedroom, had a good night's sleep. The breakfast offered a huge variety of fresh meals. Its awesome, central location was a plus.

The newly decorated and clean place had incredibly helpful staff, from the front desk agent to the housekeeping team, and our room even had a bathtub.

We enjoyed all of the extras that were included - Manager's daily reception, made to order breakfast, free WiFi.

The hotel is newly renovated and fairly clean, everything is great. The staff are very pleasant and consistently courteous, managed the parking on-site. The rooms are modern and airy and complete with TV, the bedroom, the shower. The venue has great and stunning location close to everything. The property provides an amazing service.

Breakfast was awesome, scenic views, awesome location close to the mall and eateries, the Biltmore Plaza shopping, and eateries and shopping. The room was huge and it was beautiful. The bed seemed fine and it was fairly clean all around.

the hotel is in a fantastic location right beside a mall with plenty of dining options, restaurants, and easy access to the town's charming park. My room was spacious and newly renovated, and the complimentary drinks were a great touch.
